Jiepang was China's leading location-based service from 2010-2015, with 4 million users primarily in the cities of Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou.

In 2013, we redesigned the product to make check-ins more personal and meaningful, with a heavier focus on the sharing experience (encouraging users to share more photos, more often) and social interaction (commenting, discovering new users). I led the product and design teams through the company's transition as well as rapid growth stages. I worked closely cross-discipline to balance product needs as well as sales and business goals.
